Chloe has led both EPC and PPA projects for private enterprises and public-sector clients, ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards. She oversees the full project lifecycle, from design and approvals to contractor management and commissioning, backed by SSSTS Site Supervision and 18th Edition Electrical qualifications.
